Are you also done with the high energy,
often unrealistic business programs and advice
that’s most commonly out there in the online entrepreneur space?
Would you like a community that you can come to once a month
for low-energy strategies that don’t judge how you show up?
A membership that is focused on helping you with your business in a way that isn’t over-exhausting and that you can return to without fear of "missing" anything?
If you ever feel like there are just not enough hours in the day, we see you.
If you ever feel like your body lets you or your business down, we see you.
If you ever feel like your mental health can’t come first, we see you.
If you ever feel like you wish this didn’t have to be so hard, we see you.
If you ever feel like you are alone in the entrepreneurial world, we see you.
If you ever feel like you just aren’t made for this, we see you.
We created the concept of low-energy entrepreneurship for you.
For fellow creative humans who are trying their best to run a functional business in today’s world, but also have to contend with things like chronic illness, mental illness, burnout, fatigue, disability, neurodivergence, or just general exhaustion from the demands of our capitalistic society. We are right there with you. We believe you deserve to be seen, honored, and supported in the online business space, too.
We are running this membership for you.
"I've been wary of joining programs but decided to join Creative Differences (our old program) because of the amazing humans who created it. I'm so happy I did! If you're looking for a community that offers gentle guidance and insight, CD is a great place to find that. I gained so much throughout this program and highly recommend it to those looking for a supportive space!"
-Lauren
Traditional business planning isn’t set up to help low-energy entrepreneurs thrive.
Which is why you might be experiencing a seemingly never-ending cycle of…
-
Comparison
-
Perfectionism
-
Shame spiraling
-
Exhaustion and Overwhelm
Sustainability and wellness are not often prioritized from the beginning stages of building a business because that isn’t what is most profitable in our current systems. And traditional business development programs are focused on scaling without often disclosing the amount of time, money, resources, and privilege that goes into their process.
That same speed in scaling isn’t available to everyone. Traditional business leaders and programs often make it feel like it must be your fault for not seeing that same success in the same time frame as them.
We are here to interrupt that narrative and show you that it isn’t your fault,
and there is a different way of building a business.
if you agree that business feels hard, you've found your people.
What if instead of…
-
Burning out from trying endless high-energy business plans and content calendars
-
Constantly comparing your struggles to the highlight reels of girl bosses online
-
Blaming yourself or your mindset for the stuck, crappy feelings that come up while building your business
You could feel...
-
Rested, playful, seen, and validated by the set up of your business
-
Anchored in your values and how your brain works for making decisions and planning in your business
-
The creative being hidden inside of you coming alive and being free in and out of your business
For 3 years now, we’ve run a 5 month course called Creative Differences. Our original cohort started Aug 2021. This course was our signature curriculum for fellow business owners who cannot & will not try to play the games of the hustle + grind + scale-as-fast-as-you-can online business space.
We’ve had the absolute honor of serving over 50 entrepreneurs over 6 cohorts.
And now we’re making a change.
A structured, condensed course made sense and was the vibe in 2021.
2024?
We are too tired. And we know you are too.
We are ready for something even gentler & more realistic for business development + community.
So we’re retiring our 5-month program & opening a monthly membership.
Especially as we have continued to run our own businesses over the last 3 years, it’s just so apparent how much it is NOT a one-and-done thing when it comes to figuring out what works for you.
When you live with chronic illness, mental illness, disability, neurodivergence, and are trying to survive capitalism, one season or year of business and life can look + feel dramatically different from the next. That's not you doing something "wrong," or your business not being "good enough."
That is simply being human.
That’s why we’re so ready for a container that gives the flexibility to stay connected and supportive with your business through the seasons of life.

Statement of Scope and Competency:
We both strive to hold space and offer strategy that is human-first, trauma-informed, and inclusive of an individual’s lived experience and social identities. Both have completed a trauma-informed space holding curriculum, are actively engaged in anti-racism study and work, and are both deconstructing capitalistic standards and values. We want to make it clear that we do not guarantee an automatic safe space for you – we recognize that you are the judge of what feels safe and expansive for you. Our intention is to allow you to access your internal safety as best you can in our current social climate through ample consent, choice, and clarity in our time together. "I feel a lot more secure in my understanding of how I can run a business and take care of my needs at the same time. I really enjoyed being in a space where my experiences were also heard and validated. Something I will take away is that my wellness and my business aren't separate but interconnected. If I want to have a successful business then I must prioritize my wellbeing in a healthy and meaningful way! "

Transitions + Changing Seasons
We are not on / off switches.
Our brains and bodies (and businesses!) cannot just magically and instantaneously move from one task or mode or period of time to the next. And for lots of us living with things liked ADHD, autism, chronic illness, anxiety... that in-between space can cause a lot of overwhelm, analysis paralysis, decision fatigue, and more.
Things are changing all the time and we want to acknowledge how taxing that can be.
From getting up, to launching a new offer, to going back to work after a break, to starting a meeting, to moving across the country, in this call we'll look at...
-
Examples of transitions that occur in & out of business, both big + small
-
Overlap between transitions and microtasks
-
Why transitions can be so challenging, especially for neurodivergent folks
-
Ways to support and regulate yourself through transitions
-
How to make decisions for your business based on how you personally respond to different types of transitions

Perfectionism + Entrepreneurship
There is no one correct way to run your business, despite what many coaches and authors may be yelling at you through sponsored ads on Instagram.
What matters is that the way your business looks and feels and operates in this current season of life makes sense for you, as you exist in this current season of life.
But sneaky perfectionism and people pleasing and overachieving can tell you all sorts of things to make you believe that you're doing something wrong or bad or lazy or cringey by not following the script. Perfectionism is expected and normal when doing things differently, when centering your needs instead of doing whatever possible at your own expense to be the "best." You are not "wrong" or "bad" for having any kind of loud perfectionism, just like you're not "wrong" or "bad" for needing to do business in your own way.
There is no on / off switch for perfectionistic thinking, but in this call we'll look at...
-
How perfectionism gets triggered so often and easily in business
-
Ways perfectionism does not make actual, logical sense
-
Practicing responding to perfectionism in ways that allow you to take small steps forward
-
How perfectionism is rooted in systems of exploitation and oppression (so you're doing really important healing, restorative work when disengaging from it!)

Low Energy End of the Year Survival
The end of year is a big transition (throwback to September's topic!) and there are often a lot of special demands on our time and energy this season.
There's also a TON of content that gets put out about making the most of the end of the year, starting the new year of strong, goal setting, reflecting, making lists, etc etc.
We are here to gently remind you that you don't *have* to do any of that if you don't want to, AND you deserve an end-of-year experience that centers your needs, gives you space and flexibility to rest and enjoy yourself, and not get sucked into the New Years Resolutions Industrial Complex. So in this call, we'll look at...
-
What specific needs you might have for yourself and your business during this season that you want to be aware of
-
How to plan ahead for energy lows
-
Deconstructing the "New Year" as a rigid timeline you "have" to abide by
-
What boundaries might be beneficial for your time and energy, in and out of business
-
How to triage tasks and priorities for end of the year / start of the new year

Rest, Creativity + "Doing Enough" in Business
There is literally always more you "could" be doing for your business.
But enough is almost always enough.
We've been doing this for years and yes while there have been some really impactful strategies and coaching focused on accelerating and optimizing progress in business, we believe that just as important, if not more, is how much we're able to allow ourselves to rest -- like REALLY rest and replenish our bodies, minds, spirits.
As well as giving ourselves room to have fun! Create. Play. Imagine. Daydream.
December is a wonderfully potent time for checking in with yourself - what did rest look like and feel like to you this year? What felt creative to you and how do you know?
What parts of your business light you up but also take more energy? What parts of your business aren't that exciting or creative, but also don't take much brain power?
Finding your intersections of what feels restful and what feels playful can unlock so much potential for growth and rejuvenation inside your business, so in this call, we'll look at...
-
Different types of rest you need
-
What "fun" and "creativity" mean to you
-
What feels creative to you inside your business
-
When creativity / play feel restful and when they do not
-
How rest and play are integral to the success and longevity of your business
-
Why rest and creativity are great starting points for looking at where you want to go next in business
-
Being realistic and compassionate about resting more and creating more
* These are our upcoming topics for the next season of the membership (Sep - Dec 2024).
* Every month has its own, unique topic.
* There is no set order or sequence - you don't have to have attended XYZ call in order to participate in a later topic.
* We ask and recommend that when you join, you commit to at least a season (3 months) to experience a variety of topics, give you and your business time to react and practice new things, and allow for reflection and integration.
"Working with Kendall and Meg in Creative Differences has been game changing for my business as well as my overall mindset and outlook. The conversation and community they fostered within the program have inspired major shifts in my business and my life and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from them both! So would I recommend joining Meg and Kendall in the next cohort of Creative Differences? Wholeheartedly. 💕"

We will be the first people to tell you that you don’t need to invest in a program or a service to be successful. You ultimately know yourself and your business best. We are here to help you set a sustainable pace and make sure that you are able to do this for the long haul.
Nothing about this membership is a quick fix, but we are committed to helping you create something sustainable and something that you enjoy.
An outside perspective can change the game in our business sometimes, and we would love to be able to offer that to you.
We are here to be of support, service, and guidance at your direction.
Q + A
While you technically can join and cancel at any time-- meaning you can join for one month only-- we ask and invite you to join us for a season. It takes time for things to happen and we find that things have time to take root after 3-4 months. Sometimes you stay somewhere for a season or for multiple seasons. All is welcome here and there are no hard feelings if you decide that you can't stay for a season.
Can I Join for 1 month? Can I cancel at anytime?
Inside the membership there is not going to be any opportunity for true 1:1 support.
You will have access to discounted sessions with Kendall or Meg.
Will there be opportunity for 1:1 support?
I'm not sure yet if this is a good fit for me... Well, You would be a great fit if....
